After having our house on the market for two and a half years with three realtors and no offers, we hired Louis. The other realtors each said the house would sell itself when we asked them if upgrading would help sell it. The pictures they took did not do justice to the house and one even left a picture of the house in the snow on the website through the summer. Louise brought in her stager who made many suggestions re: painting, updating, etc. We were able to complete some of the main projects. We had multiple showings, a few offers, and wound up selling the house withinh 6 weeks! Louise is incredible to work with! We had experience with three other realtors and there is NO comparison. Louise is honest, forthright, very professional and easy to work and communicate with. There was more comunication with her in the 6 weeks than with all three other realtors over 2 1/2 years!
